Return Policy

Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your app, web, and software development needs. We aim for every engagement to deliver measurable value and a positive experience. The following policy outlines when refunds or credits may apply and how cancellations are handled.

1. Scope of This Policy

  • Applies to: All professional services we provide, including discovery workshops, design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance/support.
  • Does not apply to: Third‑party fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting, software licenses) or costs already incurred on your behalf.

2. Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If you believe deliverables do not match the agreed‑upon scope or quality standards, notify us within 10 business days of receipt.
  • We will, at our discretion, either re‑work the deliverables at no extra cost or issue an appropriate credit or partial refund based on the portion of work affected.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Change Requests & Scope Creep

  • Minor changes (≤10 % of effort): included within agreed budget.
  • Major changes: We will issue a revised quote. Work proceeds upon client approval. Refunds are not granted for scope reductions after major changes have already been delivered.

5. Cancellation Procedures

Cancellation by Client

  1. Send a written cancellation request to petermilton@foundersedgeusa.com.
  2. We will calculate completed work, expenses incurred, and any refundable balance.
  3. If a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of final statement.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a project and provide a full or pro‑rated refund if:

  • The client violates agreement terms (e.g., non‑payment, abusive behavior).
  • External factors (e.g., legal restrictions) prevent project completion.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to:

  1. Attempt a good‑faith resolution via mutual discussion within 14 days.
  2. If unresolved, proceed to mediated arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction] before pursuing legal remedies.
